Welcome to Zenith Island! ZI is based on an island where five allegiances live and thrive. Three clans, a tribe, and an original allegiance ZI has named The Tempus. The plot lies around how all five allegiances and how they became. However, what happens nexts, all is put onto the allegiances and the leader of those allegiances. We have a seventy word minimum, and we promise to make sure your experiance on ZI is the best it can be! There are various big plots to come, that should make this site much more interesting! Zenith Island is under the ownership of Meo and Mausbar. The Warriors saga is copyrighted to Erin Hunter. The layout was made by Pluto, and the base image of the banner was fixed up by Meo. All characters, templates, plots, posts, and images belong to their rightful creators.
I. Be polite, and respectful to everyone on this site.
This includes staff members, guest, or regular members. We don't tolerate arguing OOC, drama, or rumors that may spread around Zenith Island. This is a site to have fun, make friends, and roleplay a fandom you enjoy with people who old the similar intention. If you are having trouble with a member for whatever reason then contact a staff member! We are here to make this a comfortable and smooth experience for you. Though, also keep in mind to respect the staff members. We are the reason this place was made, so we want to keep it the way we started it.
II. Zenith Island is a one account per person forum.
Some sites like having people make multiple accounts, one for each character, but we're not doing that here. This means that you have one account on this forum where you play all of your cats. One account per person please. If we discover multiple user accounts from one location without our prior written consent, we will delete these accounts immediately. More than one account can also make yourself confused, as you may forget about them, and no one wants that. Right?
III. This site is LGTBQ+ friendly.
LGBTQ+ characters can be made! The staff of Zenith will not put up with members who openly expresses a hurtful or controversial statement through OOC or their character IC. It's good to keep your opinions to yourself to not harm others feelings.
IV. Do not spam in any thread or board, ever.
Yeah, you might want some fancy item in the shop to get a trait you need to make your favorite character, but spamming useless things and cluttering areas isn't going to make that happen. We are trying to keep this forum clean and organized, and any form of spamming for any reason will have a consequence.
V. Keep all threads in their proper boards/sub-boards.
Everything on Zenith is nicely labeled! Those labels are there for a reason, so don't have Tideclan warrior going on a patrol in the Tempus' territory. If you're confused where to put something, feel free to ask a staff member for directions.
VI. No double posting
Well, first of all this could be considered spam, and or fairly annoying. Double posting should never be done in the first place, as there is no need for it and it can get confusing and possibly frustrating for all. If you're new to Proboards in general, this is a rule that could be seen about anywhere.
VII. abuse of a staff member
Our moderators volunteer their own time and resources to make our communities awesome places to be. Abuse of moderators will not be tolerated. If you have a complaint or issue with a moderator, please bring it up privately via private message, or email the admin(s) of the forum [Meo & Mausbar] No discussions on warnings, infractions or bans between a Mod and user is to be made public. No exceptions!
VIII. forum signitures
For forum signatures, we ask that the size doesn't take up too much space. Do not use links in your signature, unless it is too something on the site, otherwise, the staff will warn you and remove the link. Image, video, or gif sizes much remain at a minimum of 600x550.
IX. personal attacks/insults to a member
Constructive discussions, debates and free speech are encouraged in the forums. However, it is not constructive to either criticize or insult another member because their opinion differs from yours. Consider the tone of your posts before pressing the submit button. If your are irritated by a post, thread, question, or topic; you are in no way obligated to respond and are encouraged to move along to another thread.
X. Keep it legal
All staff members reserve the right to close threads and ban members that post copyrighted and/or illegal materials. These kinds of activities can get us into trouble, and nobody wants that... so just don't do it. If you have questions on this, ask a staff member.
XI. don't get in stupid ARGUMENTS over small things
If someone responds in a poor or rude fashion, ignore it. If you notice a pattern of rude or poor behavior from a particular member, report them to our staff team. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. In a nutshell, ‘think before you post’.
XII. character 'pending'
If your character has been replied to by a staff, then they'll say if it's accepted or needs edited. If it needs edited please do as the staff ask, no arguing with them or you might be warned. Also please note: The staff will warn you if they have asked 3x or more. If the staff other than the admin is acting unfairly please PM the admins (Meoquanee or Mausbar) to check your character's form.
XII. no created queens, reginas, or kit-mothers
What does this mean? Simply that you may not create a queen, regina, or kit-mother, simply no creating a pregnant character. As we feel that some might feel like it's a great idea to do so, when too many kits can be...well, not good. We don't want to have to ban kits in the allegiances due to pregnant characters.
As long as you can handle the amount of cats you make, go wild! Be sure to follow all character rules though! If you do become inactive, or a specific cat is inactive, for a long period of time the staff of Zenith have the ability to 'get rid' of your cat.
II. If you're a high rank and prove you're not fit for the position your character will be removed and replaced.
A way to prove you're not exactly fit for the position of a high ranked member can be shown in a few different ways. You or that cat is inactive, as it is a high rank, it's an important role that needs to stay active! Another way is if your cat doesn't take on the duties it's meant to. If anything happens that shows the staff that you're not fit for the roll, we will remove your cat and replace them.
III. You may not kill someone's character without their permission.
A lot of people work hard on their characters, and to just have some random cat come along and take their life? We can't allow this. You must have consent from the characters player to kill them, or even hurt them for that matter.
IV. There is no smut/rape/excessive gore allowed on Zenith.
Sexual innuendos are perfectly fine, but anything past cuddling and nudging is a fade to black situation. Small amounts of gore is fine, but don't describe the cats insides. There is no rape allowed, not in backstories or the roleplays.
V. You can not make a cis male calico cat.
Along with a few traits we don't allow people to start off making a cis male calico as they're just so rare to find. If it's rare, odd, or unrealistic, it's most likely something you have to buy at the site shop. If you're unsure please ask a staff member!
VI. There is a 70 word limit.
You have to write something when roleplaying! We'd prefer you try to stay away from one liners and write more. The more you write, the better it'll be~ Though short and cute replies are nice as well. We ask you use proper grammar and spelling, and only use English. The only English can be excluded for small phrases a cat might know.
We have a 3 strike policy before the bans. First Strike: 25% warning Second Strike: Your 25% will change to a 50% warning Third Strike: Starts first ban as First Ban.

- 1 Month Ban (30 days) Fourth Ban
II. what happens after three strikes?
Permanent Ban Offering members with a pattern of poor behavior THREE CHANCES to rehabilitate themselves is more than generous. This schedule is to be executed at our moderators’ discretion only and is a suggested course of action for those we feel can be rehabilitated into a productive member of our communities. In the case of flagrant spam, illegal activities, or other ‘instaban’ type violations, our moderators reserve the right to ban the offending member(s) permanently without notice.
