Wolfshadow
BASIC INFORMATION
NAME: Wolfshadow
AGE: 39 Moons
GENDER: Tom (He/him)
SEXUALITY: Heteroflexible
ALLEGIANCE: SumacClan
RANK: Warrior aspiring to be Deputy
FAMILY:• Unknown.
APPEARANCE
FULL DESCRIPTION: Wolfshadow has long, thick fur, completely untainted by the sun's bleaching, unlike the black cats in other clans. He goes to great lengths to avoid direct sunlight to keep it that way, which isn't hard when you are in SumacClan. Wolf's pelt is especially thick around his chest and neck, forming what could be considered a mane, with how much excess fur there is. His tail is beautifully plumed, but in a way that is somehow incredibly masculine. Beneath that fur he is all muscle; raw power in every last inch of his frame.
Full Blooded Maine Coon, thus, he is larger than most cats. Even for his breed, he seems above average in size, especially his paws. They are massive, thickly furred, and dangerous-- if not deadly-- when swung full force. His claws are not quite as sharp as most cats, but they are slightly longer than average, which somewhat makes up for it. His eyes are a piercing molten gold color, and like his paws and thick furred scruff, resemble the features of a wolf. He has distinct tufts of fur tipping each of his ears. He has a few scars, but they don't really show through his fur.
SHORT DESCRIPTION: A massive, broad shouldered, muscular Tomcat, with oversized paws and a long plumed tail. His fur is thick, and black as night, his eyes a piercing, wolfish gold.
PERSONALITY
Wolfshadow can be a hard cat to pin down, when trying to decipher his personality. To some, he seems to be a quiet mystery, standoffish and aloof. To others, he is a great and admirable warrior, formidable in both battle and strategy. There are also those who think he is silently malicious, plotting his next move into power.
So, what is the reality? Who is Wolfshadow?
If you were to look into a window in his mind, all intentions aside, you would see a hard-working and ambitious Tom, with what would seem to be a surprising lack of ego and arrogance. An odd combination, especially when you factor in his almost random and moody episodes of seclusion, which are always quickly followed by a burst of extreme work ethic. But, If there is one thing Wolfshadow is good at, it's getting the job done. He is less proficient with socializing, and will often say very little, unless he is required to speak. He is a cat of action, not words, though he can be very charismatic when he tries.
He is straightforward and to the point with most things, though is sometimes insensitive to others' emotions. He is stubborn, and can be highly opinionated, almost never changing his mind once it's made. He has great patience when it comes to his allies, but his temper can flare quickly when faced with an enemy or a stranger. He is prone to fighting first, and asking questions later, though he has improved in recent moons.
Although, it might be best to stay on his good side.
Deep down, he has a caring and protective side, it's just that few get the privilege to see that side of him, due to his deep trust issues. It can be hard to earn his full respect, but those who do, can see this glimmer of light within him.

HISTORY
He doesn't speak of his past, and the clan just assume he doesn't remember. To them, his life started when he was four moons old, alone in the dead of Leafbare. When they found him, he was sickly and starved, and claimed he could remember nothing before that very day. The medicine cat declared he had likely hit his head and lost his early memories, and that there was little chance of recovering them. After they had nursed him back to health, he began to behave in a relatively normal manner, albeit a bit quieter than most kits. He spent his last two moons of kithood with the rest of the kits his age acting as surrogate siblings, and all of the queens fawning over him and raising him collectively. He enjoyed those two moons a great deal, and made some strong bonds with the other clan cats his age.
As he transitioned into his apprenticeship, he began to grow at a rapid pace. His paws, always larger than normal, became more coordinated and strong. He worked as hard as any young cat to earn his Warrior name, but it wasn't until he went hunting with the leader at the time, for his final assessment, that his true strength was revealed. The Leader actually lost Wolfpaw, until the Apprentice finally came to find him directly. This was due to the extreme darkness of the territory, and Wolfpaw's pitch black fur blending in flawlessly with the shadows. It earned his Warrior name; Wolfshadow.
A pawful of moons later, and he was training his own apprentice, and doing a pretty decent job of it. The young cat was a bit scatterbrained, but Wolfshadow got him into shape quickly, and turned him into a fine young warrior. He quite enjoys mentoring, and eagerly awaits the next set of apprentices.
