APPEARANCE
FULL DESCRIPTION: Hare that Runs at Dawn is a rather gorgeous she-cat (in my opinion), as she can be quite the eye-catcher. She has a stunning long, brown tabby peltage with a white throat and chin. Her pelt has lingering lighter browns and a bit of tan, with mackerel tabby markings, entwined with charcoal, cocoa, and tan. She might seem small from afar, but Hare is actually quite average in size, though, what differs is her large paws and sharp, hooked talons (aka, claws). Her claws are great for easily tearing into flesh, though, she is quite the peacemaker...unless provoked. She has absolutely breathtaking eyes. They are like the forest with the darkest of its depths. A dark mystery lies within her forest green eyes, glinting with a misconducting appearance. It makes her seem as if she's always hiding something, or prepared to cause trouble, which can be rather intimidating to the young or to those who do not know her well. In the night alongside the moonlight, Hare's eyes appear more dark, whilst during the day, in the daylight, they are rather bright and show enthusiasm.

PERSONALITY
This tabby she-cat is rather courteous having great manners. She is almost too polite. She would never try to be disrespectful to another, nor attempt to even offend another. She believes that treating others like how she wants to be treated is a true aspect. Along with this, she overall is a good-natured she-cat. She, since the day she could speak, had a joyous and friendly display, with a high amount of patience for others. She believes the saying, "Patience is a virtue" after all. Hare that Runs at Dawn is a high intellectual she-cat, carrying the knowledge of an elder may have from what they've learned over the years. This intelligent she-cat goes into depths about various things, such as her ideas or what is considered facts. Fortunately for her, she knows the basic herbal knowledge. This means she can speak about herbs with the Vita of Growing Solis, if she pleased. She might not know everything, but she could be a little helpful assistant too, y'know? Hare is found to be cogent, always speaking with fair and fluent logic, practically having a good reason behind everything she does and says. With cogency, comes with convincing, so she's great at that as well.
Hare that Runs at Dawn is quite skeptical, as she is not easily convinced by much. She prefers that she has proof over an explanation. How would she know if someone's lying? They could possibly just be one great story teller and liar at the same time. She is reticent, in other words, reserved. She is not one to simply reveal her thoughts and or feelings. She will only do so if completely necessary, perhaps when she feels the need to use her intelligence, otherwise, she remains silent. Hare's an easygoing cave-guard. It's hard to believe she is even a cave-guard, and can be admired for her strange choice. Though, anyone could approach her, and she'd speak before unsheathing her claws. She rather talk things out before getting herself or another hurt. When Hare needs to be, she is stern. If she thinks that something is wrong, or isn't a good idea, her vocals lace with worry and yet venom, as she doesn't want things to go wrong.
Hare that Runs at Dawn can be overbearingly blunt, which is most likely the worst flaw about her, in certain cases, whilst other times, it's not too terrible. Simply, she is quick to the point, not wasting any time given. She is also passive-aggressive, not in any childish manner, but more; passive yet, she can be aggressive when necessary. Hare will let trespassers go with a fair warning, about three good ones before she loses her patience. When she loses her patience, she is not very friendly anymore, rather aggressive. Almost unstable in a way. Well, maybe this next trait will be the worst...Hare that Runs at Dawn is unfortunately secretive, as her eyes say, mischief. She does hide secrets and develop plans in her head, but never take action, as she'd never truly put herself or her clan in danger. She'll hide secrets from anyone, except, well, the Vita. Lastly, Hare is truly brittle deep down. She can appear aggressive, but behind that shell of toughness and everything else, she is nervous and emotionally unstable. Why? Maybe a bit insecure. She dislikes the way she acts. She feels that the way her persona is, is one that many will despise, when it comes to her bad traits. She tries to hide all her bad with good, displaying manners, patience, intelligence, and cogency.

HISTORY
Hare that Runs at Dawn was born to Leaf that Floats on River and Dew on Morning Grass. She was born in a litter of four. Her other three siblings by the name of Goose that Flies South, Mint that Grows in Shade, and Raindrop on Tiny Leaf. She was half glad that she wasn't the runt of the litter, as Raindrop was, clearly stated by the word 'Tiny' in his name. Hare felt sympathy for him, considering Mint and Goose were cruel bullies as kits. They'd bully anyone smaller than them, as they were the largest in the litter, and often in the nursery. Hare that Runs at Dawn was picked on as well, but not as terribly as Raindrop on Tiny Leaf. The sickening thing was, Leaf and Dew had never taken notice, and never believed when Hare would tattle. Leaf and Dew saw Goose and Mint as pure angels, whilst Hare and Raindrop knew the dark side of the two.
Kithood wasn't easy, but the whole time, Hare had stuck by Raindrop's side. The small tom was an anxious and silent one, but he'd speak to Hare. She had eventually stuck up for herself and Raindrop. When the kits had been alone for a few moments, she took the chance to pin her sister, Mint. Soon, the litter of four got older, and the bullying got worse, and worse, continuing. Mint would leave bruises on Hare and Raindrop. It was as if she was slowly trying to kill them. Why? Maybe she had a mental disorder. No one would know.
Now, they were to-bes. All four. It was hopefully going to get better from here on out, but at one point, she had found Mint with Goose pinned, her claws unsheathed. Hare was done with this. She knew she must stand up.
"Listen, Mint, I'm done with you bullying others smaller than you, especially your own kin. What're you going to do when you're in need of something, but no one will help you, because you're own big bully. No one likes bullies. No one wants to be around them. NO one. Not me, not Raindrop...and so it seems Goose as well. Were you forcing him to pick on us? If I know Goose, he is one of the sweetest toms around. When you're around, he's twisted. You may be the largest, but all this time, you were all talk. Not only that, but I saw you with Goose. You had him pinned, spitting and gritting your teeth in his face. Making sure he'd do as you said." She spit, inhaling, "I despise the way you act. I know you can change. I know there's a soft side deep down. You are not just one mouse-brain. You are more. Are you bullying others because you're paranoid and insecure? Hmm. Tell your sister. Talk to me. Speak to me with respect. Cower like I know you will, because you know I'm right. You know that this won't get you anywhere in life. Now will it, Mint? Will it?" She hissed. She was somewhat amazed by her own words. She was internally proud of herself for standing up, and yet she felt bad for the things she'd said, even if it was true.
All Hare noticed was Mint's eyes welling up with tears. Hare was suddenly taken aback. Mint had cowered. She truly wasn't as strong as she appeared and acted. She was different. Beneath Hare's grasp, all Mint uttered was...
"I'm sorry, Hare..." It was quiet, an uneasy and shaking tone. The tears streamed down the sides of her cheeks. She was upset. Disappointed in herself.
"A...Apology accepted..." Hare murmured, glimpsing away as she slipped off of her sister. It seemed Goose and Raindrop had been watching the whole time. From there on out, Hare became a bit more powerful in the intellectual and emotional manner. Well, somewhat. She wrong mentally strong in a way. She was a bit of a leader for her siblings, being admired by Goose, and especially her closest sibling, Raindrop. Raindrop seemed to open up a bit more, after going through the pain with his own kin. Hare was glad. She was happy to see Raindrop wasn't all anxious and silent like he used to be.
Hare that Runs at Dawn now focused on her training with a older cave-guard by the name of Beaver in the Strong Current. He was a large tom, larger than most. It was clear as to why he was a cave-guard. He'd taught so much to Hare, that she grew to be a fine cave-guard. Her life was simple. The most challenging times were during when her siblings weren't all sweet to each other. But now, it seemed, the litter of four all had different relations with each other, but Raindrop and Hare would always remain the closest. Whenever Raindrop is unhappy, so is Hare, and all she wants to do is help him. Make sure he's smiling at all times. She acts almost like a big sister to him, perhaps. She is physically larger, after all, just not age wise.
After becoming a cave-guard, she'd taken in everything around her, only becoming more and more clever, even learning the basics of healing and herbs.
